re-generating proxy files

Hi,

I know this is probably a stupid question, but how do you use RED ALERT or RED RUSHES to re-generate quicktime proxy files? I can see how to render out a QT MJPEG or whatever as a new file but i can't figure out how to make proxy files?

File->Make Quicktimes
