voltage and plug polarities for Red Drive ac adaptor

I've misplaced my Red drive ac adaptor , does anyone know, or can refer to theirs , what the dc output voltage is and what the polarities on the plug are.

Does anyone know the dc polarities on the external power plug going into the red drive, ie is the tip + or - ? I've been asking Red this simple question for 10 days and still no answer. ( the power is 12v dc 2 amps )

thats all I needed to know, tip polarity and all, its taken 5 emails and nearly two weeks and still no actual answer from red on what is a pretty basic question, I guess they are getting pretty busy.
