Default 7" LCD / Red Drive dimensions?

Hi,
I just received my Red One with most of the accessories, but I'm still waiting on the 7" LCD, Red Drive and 18-85 lens. I'm going to be cutting foam for my Pelican 1650 case, and was curious if someone could give me the rough dimensions of the Red Drive and 7" LCD screen, so I leave enough room in the case for them. I'm not going to cut holes for them at this point, just set aside enough space to accommodate them. The site's dimensions on the 18-85 lens (142 mm diameter at the large end and 11" long) should be sufficient. Is there a page with this dimension information already?

Thanks,
Josh

Thanks, in metric sistem shall be someting like:
15'5 cm

It is a little less than that, but it is more easy to calculate this way, at least for me.
