from cinexml to redcine

I tried to go from avid to cinexml and back to redcine.
It works on Mac, but it doesn't work on PC, why is that.
I export xml with filmscribe in avid 3.1.1 than went to cinexml pc-vista, opened the xml file, export redcine xml and symlink folder, than went to redcine-pc and it doesn't work.
I tried to do the same with cinexml on mac and redcine on Mac than, it works.
I don't have Mac, I need it to work with PC. Help...?
