1. SCHEDULE:

All backorders on RED ONE have been fulfilled and there is currently no waiting on ordered cameras.

If you were to place an order for a RED ONE now, you will be contacted directly via email by a BOMB SQUAD rep who will assist you through the purchase and fulfillment process. Once you receive an email from your BOMB SQUAD rep, you have (30) days to make final payment. From the time RED receives final payment, we expect a 3-5 business day processing time until that order ships.

Unfortunately, Red is not set up for on site camera delivery. We have been developing a system of checks and balances from our invoicing through confirmation of delivery that is simply not able to accommodate physical pick up from our premises. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

3. ACCESSORY DELIVERY POLICY:

EFFECTIVE 11/17/08: Backordered items will be fulfilled in order of date/time order is placed with the exception of the RED PRO PRIME set, which will be distributed in the following order -

- Those who had existing reservations for the RED PRO PRIME set when it was previously available for purchase on RED.com.

- All RED PRO PRIME SET orders placed from April 22 through April 28, 2009 by existing RED ONE owners (ie, have taken delivery of their cameras). These will be fulfilled in order of camera delivery date.

- All RED PRO PRIME SET orders placed from April 22 through 28, 2009 by non-RED ONE owners (ie, have not taken delivery of their cameras or do not have camera orders). These will be fulfilled in order of date/time reservation is placed.

- All RED PRO PRIME SET orders placed on April 29 or later will be fulfilled in order of date/time reservation is placed – regardless of camera delivery status, etc.

4. ISSUES:

Our customer service team (Bomb Squad) is now servicing over 7000 customers on an individual, one on one, basis. We are refining the process daily, but there are going to be issues on both sides, based on communication errors, parts backorders, obsolete email contact info and a dozen other things. Please bear with us. If you have a problem with your purchase experience, you can email me directly, before it becomes a BIGGER problem and you feel like taking it to the boards, at jon@red.com. I've got broad shoulders and am here to help.

5. RED STORE:

THE RED STORE IS NOW OPEN! Located at our Lake Forest Headquarters (20291 Valencia Cr., Lake Forest, Ca. 92630) and open Monday through Friday, 9-5, the RED Store offers the opportunity for the public to come touch and try the RED One and all its accessories. In addition, we have workstations set up demonstrating RED workflow. Retail sales of deliverable product will be available onsite with cash or credit card and repair drop off and pick up is possible with an RMA in hand. Announced January 16th, 2010 was RED's acquisition of RED Studios Hollywood, previously Ren-Mar Studios, in Hollywood, Ca. RED Studios will provide a customer facing center in the heart of Hollywood, where design, customer support, sales and education will be offered. RED expects to transition much of the Lake Forest staff over the course of the year, providing a one-stop center for LA County. Stay tuned here as information develops.

6. FUTURE:

Jim has announced the planning and future development of RED Ranch, an 80 acre RED oasis in the low lying western hills overlooking Las Vegas, Nevada. The facility will house design, engineering, manufacturing, sales, service and operations and will serve as RED Digital Cinema's ultimate World Headquarters. This move marks another giant leap in RED's commitment to excellence in unparalleled customer support combined with a state of the art sensor program. In addition, this evolution of RED is a strong affirmation to all RED customers, present and future, of the stability, commitment and long range purpose of the RED Digital Cinema Camera Company. This extraordinary venture will compliment the west coast Orange County facility, as well as RED Studios Hollywood, and will become the epicenter for advanced image capture design and development.
