Been reading a lot about the film Mike recently exec produced. I would like to congratulate him. seems like a good guy to me, although i've never met him.

apparently, the film is getting amazing buzz at sundance. great stuff. i am a 'student' at fxphd (it was his RED course that got me to sign up actually), and I like the site.

as someone who is VERY interested in what codex digital is up to, with plans to bring this technology to canada someday, this shoot (and mike's initiative to make it happen) are inspiring.
