Record error, need help

Hi all
have an issue I can't seem to resolve. my camera comes up with the following error. I hit record and when I go to end it sends this message and I have to shut down.
Tried the latest firmware, secure formatted multiple cards and it keep happening.
Any suggestions?

Ok more on this as I work with red support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
When the frame rate and the project frame rate match, i hit record, then when i hit stop the camera crashes. Doesn't matter what frame rate Im at. So long as they match it crashes.
if I'm at a high frame rate. I'm all good no crash. Its so strange.
