  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hey, I have been having a slight issue and after reading through the manual I have come to a little pothole in the road. I am trying to calibrate the sensors in the EPIC so I can work my camera for a 3D job coming up next month, but the calibration doesn't seems to want to finish. I have left the camera on for an hour or so, but still no luck. It just seems to have stuck itself on the calibration screen. I am glad I have started the prep now and not a day before the job!

So, I was wondering if anyone else have experienced such an issue with their cameras and if there is a way around it or a known issue? If not and it is one for the "too hard box" then I'll just rent another brain for the job.

Cheers!

When you calibrate are you only trying "cold" when the camera is actually cold and hot when the camera is hot? I calibrated today and, as the camera was hot, the hot calibration went well (only taking a few seconds). When I selected the "cold" calibration the camera would not perform it.
Is your camera blocking your effort?

Good question! I am pretty certain I let the camera warm up to calibrate. However, because I'm uncertain, I will give it another whirl!
Thanks, Mark!

Update: I tried the calibration once again and it just stayed there on loop. I think there might be an issue there? Little frustrating.
